How long does your recruitment process usually take?
I typically deliver a shortlist of qualified candidates within three weeks of our initial briefing. From there, you can expect final interviews and an offer within the next 1–2 weeks, depending on scheduling.
What are your fees and how are they structured?
My fee is a fixed percentage of the hired candidate’s first-year salary, payable upon successful placement. There are no upfront costs; you only pay when you’ve hired someone who meets your needs
Do you really cover all of Australia, or just Perth?
While I’m based in Perth, I serve clients Australia-wide, using a mix of local networks, national job boards, and targeted sourcing strategies to find the right talent wherever you need them.
What if a placement doesn’t work out?
I offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If your new hire leaves or isn’t the right fit within the first three months, I’ll restart the search at no additional fee to ensure you get someone who sticks.
